Directions to La'akea Community:
(Please come by only for posted events or by contacting us and receiving an invitation)

Coming from Pahoa:
-Continue south on route 130 past the light at Pahoa town for 4 miles or so.

-You will see the entrance to Leilani subdivision on your left,

-go another 3/4 mile to Ala'ili Road on the right. (just a little past the 14
mile marker). Look for the power lines that cross the road, as the turn sneaks up on you. --(If you pass the Steam Vents, you've gone too far.)

-Go right on Ala'ili for 1 mile to our driveway on the right.

-We are the 2nd driveway after the pavement breaks up

-There is a sign that says "La'akea Community."

-Go up the drive way until you see a sign that says "Park here."

-Leave your vehicle there and walk up the path immediately to your right through the banana trees to the covered open meeting space by the pond or proceed up the path near the meadow space to the main house.
